Meet Sarreid’s New Bungalow Collection
Have you heard of the newest trend on TikTok? The term “Coastal Grandmother” has gone viral thanks to its creator Lex Nicoleta. Nicoleta is a 20-something tastemaker who proclaimed her style to be that of a “coastal grandmother.” So what does that even mean? Nicoleta explains in one of her videos “It’s a term that I coined for this aesthetic, if you love Nancy Meyers movies, coastal vibes, recipes and cooking, Ina Garten, interiors and more, there is a good chance you might be a ‘coastal grandmother.'” Basically it is a lifestyle reminiscent of that of Diane Keaton’s in the Nancy Meyers film, “Somethings Gotta Give.” Picture a casual but luxurious Hamptons cottage where you’ll find plenty of white, natural textiles like linen and seagrass, blue accents, and antique furniture. It is all about neutral, traditional pieces mixed with some new. A look that will never go out of style.

With this popular trend filling up Pinterest boards all over the world, it’s no wonder it was the first thing that crossed our minds when we introduced our newest Bungalow Collection. These pieces are finished in a custom antiqued blue/grey and send you down a path of history, antiquity and craftsmanship.

Inspired by classic French antiques, the Halifax Commode offers world class construction and ample storage to hide beach towels and blankets.

Grand in scale with a generous arch entry, this bookcase will hold all of your beach reads and display a lifetime of seashells.

Speaking to the antebellum architecture and classic construction methods of the Old South, the Sumpter provides abundant storage for swimsuits to sweaters.

A statement piece for a grand scale room at 122″ wide. The San Marco Credenza is begging for fresh flower arrangements and art.
