Simcoe & Holbrook
Sarreid Sales Representatives David Holbrook and Lonnie Simcoe have over 40 years of experience in the design community. They both started with Tuma Interiors in Pocatello, Idaho in 1977 and then went on to well-known Clark Leaming in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1980. Lonnie earned his Interior Design degree in 1986. By 1987, Lonnie and David took outside sales positions in Elsie Farris in San Francisco California covering the Rocky Mountains. This was when they were first introduced to Sarreid, a line they have now represented for over 30 years.
Lonnie and David formed Simcoe-Holbrook & Associates in 1990 where they have since continued serving the Rocky Mountain region representing some of the finest middle-to high-end manufacturers in the industry. They specifically represent Sarreid in Arizona, Colorado, Utah and Wyoming. In 2005 they settled in Scottsdale, Arizona and have called it home ever since. In the little free time they have, they enjoy spending time with their many friends and family. No surprise their love of people was one of the reasons they were drawn to the industry to begin with. Holbrook shares that “I think we both would say it was seeing and being around all of the beautiful product, along with meeting and working with very talented and creative people. And best of all, the constant energy and excitement of our industry.”
Their love of Sarreid started back in the 80’s when the company was primarily accessories but as Holbrook mentions, “they were the most beautiful accessories in our entire industry!” They have had a front row seat to watch how Sarreid has evolved from selling only accessories into a whole home furnishing company. “We’ve seen a lot of good companies come and go through the years but we absolutely love and respect how Sarreid has always managed to stand tall and stay ahead of some very tough competition. It’s an honor to be a part of that. It’s hard to hit a moving target, well done Sarreid!”
