Sarreid Representative, Josh Starnes, welcomed baby boy McCoy into the world May 2, 2022. Brad and Jodi Cates’ daughter, Sarah, graduated from UNC. Summer days will be spent fishing with kids at the lake and Karen’s chairs are waiting on her at Wrightsville Beach.
So Many Reasons to Celebrate At Sarreid…
Between graduations, weddings, Father’s Day, and summer vacations, the month of June can feel like one big celebration. While many of us at Sarreid will enjoy some time off with family and friends, we also enjoy celebrating with our Sarreid family. We make it a point to share exciting moments in our lives, and the way we do that is with FOOD, of course! Whether we bring in barbecue or we pull out the grill behind the warehouse and cook hotdogs, we all enjoy a great meal together on occasion. Everyone’s first request is for Jose to make his famous Guacamole. It has become a requirement for most occasions and Jose always willing to oblige us.
Jose’s Famous Guacamole Recipe
- 5 Avocado (they should be soft like fleshy part of you hand)
- 5 Roma Tomatoes diced
- 1 Small Onion Diced
- 1 Jalapeño Diced
- Juice of 1 Lime
- Salt
- Cilantro
Mix these ingredients together and just add chips. Simple and Delicious!
