Spring 2026 High Point Market marked an exciting moment for Sarreid Ltd. as designers, editors, and industry tastemakers responded enthusiastically to our evolving point of view: refined craftsmanship, collected character, and what we proudly call modern heirloom furnishings.
Here’s a look at the pieces and moments that captured attention throughout market.

Turns out the Modern Heirloom Collection had a pretty big market moment this spring — landing on the covers of both the Home Accents Today Market Daily and the Design News Now Designer Guide to High Point Market. Not bad for a collection built around timeless materials, collected character, and pieces designed to age gracefully. We like to think of it as our “cover girl” era — proof that craftsmanship, texture, and a little storytelling still know how to steal the spotlight.

The Newport Sideboard Earns Designer Spotlight
Among the most talked-about introductions this season was the Newport Sideboard — a piece that perfectly reflects the balance of architectural form, craftsmanship, and quiet sophistication that defined our Spring collection.

The Newport Sideboard was selected for inclusion in the Business of Home Designer’s Guide to High Point Market. Architectural lines and geometric detailing remained a strong direction throughout High Point Market, and Sarreid was proud to be included in Business of Home’s “15 Geometric Designs to Discover This Season”.
The feature reinforced an important design movement happening across interiors right now: statement forms that still maintain restraint and sophistication. Sarreid’s Spring introductions showcased this balance through carved textures, layered patterns, and sculptural case pieces that add visual interest without overwhelming a space.
The Elora Chair Became a Market Favorite
If one piece consistently stopped visitors in their tracks, it was the Elora Chair.

Featured by Home Accents Today’s “New & Noteworthy” preview and later spotlighted again in HAT’s “Nice Seat” feature, Elora quickly became one of the standout seating introductions of the season.
Designers gravitated toward its sculptural profile, comfortable scale, and elevated mix of texture and materiality. The chair embodied a broader trend seen throughout Market: softer forms, inviting silhouettes, and pieces that feel collected rather than overly formal.
Equine Influence and Collected Character
The Spring market conversation leaned heavily into heritage-inspired interiors, organic materials, and collected storytelling — themes deeply aligned with Sarreid’s design philosophy. In Design News Now’s feature on equine-inspired interiors, the industry spotlighted the growing influence of classic sporting aesthetics and refined rusticity in home furnishings.
“One of the most enduring equestrian-adjacent furnishings is the Chesterfield sofa. Deep button tufting, rolled arms, and rich leather upholstery emerged in the 18th and 19th centuries among Britain’s landed gentry—many of whom were tied to equestrian life. Early versions were stuffed with horsehair, with tufting used to maintain structure and secure the fill. Today’s iterations preserve the silhouette, though the materials have evolved. One of our favorite versions is from Sarried.”

These themes were especially evident throughout our showroom, where designers responded to pieces that felt storied, warm, and intentionally imperfect.
The Capriole Sideboard Selected for ANDMORE Market Snapshot
One of the proudest moments of Market was the selection of the Capriole Sideboard for the ANDMORE at High Point Market Market Snapshot program.
Chosen by Market style scouts as a standout introduction, the Capriole Sideboard exemplified the refined artistry and statement craftsmanship that defined the season. Its dramatic silhouette and rich detailing made it a favorite among editors and buyers looking for pieces that bring both personality and permanence to interiors.
Looking Ahead
Spring 2026 Market reinforced something incredibly meaningful for our team: the industry continues to value authenticity, craftsmanship, and furnishings with lasting character. At Sarreid, we remain committed to creating pieces that feel discovered rather than manufactured — furniture that blends artistry, history, texture, and livability into something truly enduring.
