Christi Spangle
Co-founder Barbour Spangle Design
Christi Spangle is an interior designer with over 25 years of experience in the design field. Her projects have included retail stores, corporate offices, multi-family housing units, clubhouses, and showroom design. She is the co-owner of High Point-based interior design firm Barbour Spangle Design established in 2000. Spangle is a graduate of Randolph Community College, a professional member of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers), a certified member of NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification), and a North Carolina Registered Interior Designer. She and her firm have received numerous local and national design awards for their outstanding projects.
Dwayne Bergmann
Principal, Dwayne Bergmann Interiors, Naples FL
Dwayne Bergmann is the Principle and CEO of Dwayne Bergmann Interiors, founded in 2013 with the mission of reimagining and redefining environments to reflect each client’s unique needs. Having grown his Southwest Florida-based design practice to a $20 Million dollar business in 10 years, Dwayne Bergmann is as savvy as he is creative. The award-winning, prolifically published designer also boasts several licensing deals and a recent acquisition of fellow FL design firm, Freestyle Interiors and will soon launch a luxury product line, Barrett Bergmann Home.
Tiffany Brown Biography
Principal Designer of Brown Builders Design
Tiffany Brown is the founder and principal designer of Brown Builders Design based in Charlotte, NC. She dedicates her passion into designing custom homes in addition to residential and commercial interior design. Tiffany’s fervor for interior design stems from her childhood as her family navigated the process of home buying and selling multiple times throughout the U.S. Prior to launching her business, she led a successful career in multi-family operations, mixed use real estate, construction and redevelopment for twelve years. Brown Builders Design is an award winning design firm named Top 20 small businesses in Charlotte, NC and was recently named Women to Know 2024. Tiffany is currently serving as the Vice President of the Interior Design Society’s Charlotte Chapter executive board. In 2025, she was also a featured designer on a YouTube design show series called “Make it Mine”. Her overall style lends itself to a fresh sophistication. Tiffany is very intentional with each component selected for a space while incorporating her redevelopment experience with a love for creativity. This sophistication is met with a unique yet timeless curated style while incorporating both purpose and joy.
Gail Doby

Gail Doby is co-founder of Pearl Collective (formerly Gail Doby Coaching & Consulting), an interior design business consultancy that helps designers, architects, and other creatives substantially increase their profits. As a coach, mentor, and business transformation specialist, Doby does more than help her clients wrangle decimals on a budget sheet. After nearly 20 years of experience running her own Denver-based design firm (plus a BSBA in Finance and Banking), she’s obsessed with developing innovative ways to overcome the business roadblocks, challenges, and detours creative entrepreneurs face when trying to do it on their own. (She also works as a strategist, brand builder, interviewer, marketer, operations manager, human resource advisor, and sometimes therapist.) No matter which hat she is wearing, her goal is simple—to empower design-industry clients to differentiate themselves, drive measurable results, achieve business projections, and create personal satisfaction through game-changing strategies and business practices.
