
Every time we gather as a team here at Sarreid, we begin the meeting by asking a few random teammates a very simple question. “What is your job?” Occasionally we will get answers like customer service, loading trucks, or managing the warehouse. All of these answers are very literal and very correct. However, they are all wrong. The very simple answer is SALES.
Every Sarreid teammate has the ultimate responsibility to be intentional, even overt, in their efforts to create not just a good, but an amazing customer experience. This doesn’t just apply to our fantastic Customer Service Team. Our web design team works tirelessly to make the Sarreid website the most user-friendly in the industry. Our warehouse team has your orders ready for pick up in minutes, not days or weeks. Our design team is singularly focused on creating the best product at amazing values. And on and on throughout the organization.
Very simply stated, our mission is to delight you at every opportunity.
Because we are so passionate about this effort, we’ve created a branding story around it. This holistic effort is called Sarreid Touch, where Sarreid will give beyond-amazing service at every opportunity. The program has already started and the results are profound! We had nice shirts made for the team with the logo, and vinyl lettering put up in the customer service area saying, “ Who have you made smile today?” and we’ve even had great press coverage on this program in Home News Now.

This is an organization-wide effort……so expect to hear directly from me in emails and even when you call in. We are beyond serious about this program because Sarreid is nothing without YOU! As a team, we have literally burned the bridge behind us. There is no going back to standard customer service. Please know we are always thinking about you and how to be a better partner today than we were yesterday.
