Home for the Holidays

We love celebrating the holidays here in our Wilson, NC office. Before we go home to our families we have a feast with our Sarreid family. Everyone gathers together at a very large table set up in the warehouse…. Because where else can you feed that many people! As you can see from last year’s feast, it is a time of fun and fellowship.

Sharing traditions and memories is always fun and so we wanted to share a few with you… and if you are looking for some quick and easy (think 3 ingredients) recipes for holiday entertaining, you are in luck!

Lauren Brown works in our Accounting department and we asked her what was the best gift she ever received was and also her favorite holiday recipe. She said, “The best Christmas Gift I ever received was printed pictures of my wedding in an album. I am the worst at printing pictures, but I love to relive that day over and over every time I open the Album.” Her favorite recipe is a go-to holiday bite size classic… Sausage Balls. If you have never tried these, you are missing out!

When we asked Shonta Daniels, from our Customer Service Team, what her favorite Christmas gift ever was she immediately said “A Car!” A teenage dream come true is to see a car key on Christmas morning! As for her favorite (easy) holiday recipe, she told us about her simple Crock Pot Apple Pie. Imagine how yummy the house will smell when guests arrive.
