Most of our audience is what we call “to the trade” which basically means you are a retail store or interior designer. You are selling our products to the end user. The end user is trusting you with their home and you are trusting us to provide craftsmanship and quality that will be appreciated for a very long time. To trust is to place confidence in something or someone, and how do you place confidence in something that you do not know?
In an effort for you to get to know us we share Team Spotlights. We want you to know the employees in the warehouse, on the phones, in the Showroom and even on the road with our sales representatives. We also share Designer and Retailer Spotlights so that our community can help each other with shared experiences and inspiration. This is all well and good but at the end of the day what matters most is the end user’s experience. Which is why we set out to discover what it is like “living with Sarreid”.
You may say I am a bit biased since I work here, but I can say whole heartedly that the Sarreid items I have purchased for my home are still beautiful after years of “abuse” from three boys and two dogs! The two Montvale Benches seen below have served as coffee tables but also trampolines as my kids would jump from one to the other and then land on the sofa (we do not recommend this use)! After many feet and even a few spills, the leather is still in perfect condition. And let’s not forget those Brighton Dining Chairs in the background. They have served as the heartbeat of our home during family meals, parties, homework battles, and pandemic zoom meetings.
